Welcome to QuantSonar (quantsonar.com, the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

QuantSonar provides API access to China A-share market data — quotes, financials, money flow, Dragon-Tiger list and more — plus a Python SDK and documentation.

2. Important disclaimer: research use only

• All data is provided for study and research only and constitutes no investment advice;
• Data is compiled from public sources; we strive for accuracy and timeliness but make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness;
• You bear sole responsibility for any investment decision made on the basis of this data.

3. Accounts & API keys

• Keep your password and API keys safe; calls made with a leaked key count against your quota;
• No reselling or sharing of API keys; no circumvention of rate limits via scraping or multiple accounts;
• We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payment & refunds

• Pay by card (subscription, auto-renews, cancel anytime in the console) or Alipay/WeChat Pay (one-time purchase of a billing period, no auto-renewal);
• After cancellation your quota persists to the end of the current period, then reverts to the free tier — data and keys are kept;
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of payment if usage is below 10% of the paid quota — contact support@quantsonar.com; otherwise pro-rata by negotiation.

5. Availability

The Service is maintained on a best-effort basis with no 100% uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Outages beyond our control carry no liability; interruptions exceeding 72 hours extend your subscription pro rata.

6. License

You may use data retrieved via the API in your own research, backtests and internal systems. Bulk resale, public redistribution of raw data, or building a directly competing data product is not permitted. The Python SDK is MIT-licensed.

7. Changes

Material changes will be announced on-site or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
